Synopsis for "Bloodties part 2: Civil Disobedience"

En route to Genosha aboard the Blackbird, Quicksilver goes berserk upon learning Fabian Cortez has his daughter Luna. The X-Men calm Quicksilver, assuring him Luna is safe because Cortez is using her as a hostage against Magneto and that they can use that to their advantage. Aboard Avalon, Colossus watches Cortez’s TV broadcast with the catatonic Magneto. Saying he must confer with Magneto, Exodus criticizes Colossus’s pacifism and asks him to leave the room. At Avengers Mansion in Manhattan, both Avengers teams battle the SHIELD force ordered to prevent them from intervening in Genosha. Determined to rescue Luna, Crystal and Scarlet Witch make for a Quinjet while Hercules forces the SHIELD heli-carrier to move off, and the Black Knight knocks out Nick Fury with his photon sword. The Knight and Captain America board the Quinjet, and Black Widow has War Machine clear the hangar so they can take off. Then, he and Sersi leave with the Quinjet for Genosha as the remaining Avengers prepare to confront the United Nations. In Genosha’s Ridgeback Mountains, Professor X and Beast exploit a planned diversion so they can get away from Henry Gyrich, USAgent, and their UN escort. Xavier then leads Beast to Dr. Renee Majcomb and her resistance group of human and mutates trying to stop the civil war. They ride away in a truck, unaware USAgent has followed them and is hiding on the vehicle’s undercarriage. An hour later, the X-Men land north of the Genoshan capital, Hammer Bay. Almost immediately, they are met by the Unforgiven, a trio of Cortez’s mutate followers, and seemingly Cortez himself. In Hammer Bay, the Avengers arrive and break up a street brawl between mutates and Magistrates. Suddenly, the Magistrates are incinerated by an energy blast. Exodus announces himself, claiming he has come to save the mutates in Magneto’s name.
